Published 10:02am Monday, September 17, 2012 Updated 12:06pm Monday, September 17, 2012Katherine Elizabeth Deterding and Seth Roger Elley were married June 30, 2012, at Good Samaritan Village-All Saints Chapel in Hastings, Neb., with the bride’s father the Rev. Curtis Deterding officiating.

Parents of the bride are Curtis and Jo Ann Deterding of Fergus Falls, Minnesota, and Steve and Sally Elley of Hastings, Nebraska.
Matron of honor was Eva Ares-Deterding, sister of the bride and maid of honor was Laura Pedersen, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Rebecca Deterding, Brooke Elley, Breanna Elley, Nikki LeGere and Connie Kettner.
Best men were Devin and Colin Elley, brothers of the groom. Groomsmen were Caleb Deterding,Vance Herbek, Brenton Whitaker, Marc McPhillips, and Jake Jarzynka.
Katherine is a graduate of Fergus Falls High School and Concordia University in Seward, Neb. She is currently employed as a middle school teacher for Zion Lutheran School in Hastings. Seth is a graduate of St. Cecilia High School, Hastings, Neb., and Concordia University in Seward, Neb.
He is currently employed as middle school teacher for St. Cecilia Catholic School in Hastings.
The couple reside in Hastings, Neb.
