Otter volleyers sweep Sartell [UPDATED]

FERGUS FALLS–The Otters were on their game Tuesday night as they defeated the Sartell Sabres on their homecoming match in a clean sweep, 3-0. (25-20, 25-21, 25-14).

Laura Gaustad led the Otters with 11 kills, Anna Monke had 10, and Morgan Hensch had 9. Devonie Smith played some great defense on the night collecting 18 digs. Gaustad also had 3 serving aces on the night, while Jordan Harworth was 14-16 from the serving line.

Setter Brianna Rasmusson had 15 set assists, while Monke had 13 of her own. Rasmusson also had two blocks to lead the Lady Otters.

The win moves Fergus Falls to 8-0 in the Central Lakes Conference and 17-3 overall.

The Lady Otters are back in action Thursday in Alexandria to take on the Cardinals at 7 p.m.
