I-94 culvert project at Brandon begins today [UPDATED]

Motorists on Interstate 94 will experience lane closures and a detour at the Brandon exit (mile marker 90) starting Monday, Oct. 8, while crews replace a culvert. The work will take approximately 10 days to complete.benefits

Monday, Oct. 8

• Traffic on I-94 will be limited to one lane in each direction while crews work in the median.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

• Starting at approximately 7 a.m., all eastbound traffic will detour onto the exit ramp and back onto the entrance ramp. The road closure will last up to 24 hours.

• Both westbound lanes will be open.

Oct. 10-17:

• Eastbound traffic will experience lane closures while crews replace concrete.

• Both westbound lanes will be open.
