A daughter, Sierra Rose was born Oct. 3, 2012, to Steven and Dawn of Fergus Falls. She weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21.5 inches long. Grandparents are Kurt and Betty Martin of Fergus Falls, Donald and Annette LaCoursiere of Brooks, Minn. and Rick and Janice Walter of Moorhead.

Great-grandparents are Diane Walter of Yearington, Nev., Esther Erickson of Bemidji and Irene LaCoursiere of Crookston.
