Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a rollover and possible car theft in the northern Otter Tail County area on Monday night or Tuesday morning.

Around 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to the report of a van that had rolled off the side of 460th Street, near the 39263 address.

The driver was nowhere to be found.

Authorities contacted the owner of the vehicle, and a relative of the daughter responded and said the van had been stolen the night before.

The circumstances surrounding the case are still being investigated.
