A thief or thieves in Ottertail have recently made off with a supreme amount of frozen pizza, according to management at Carr’s Lake Country Super Market.

Management told the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday that about $8,000 worth of pizza had been stolen from the store over the last month.

The pizza had been taken from exterior freezers at the store.

The sheriff’s office could not confirm the number or value of the pizzas stolen, or how so many pizzas had been stolen while escaping notice.

The case is under investigation.
