Council thanks local veteran [UPDATED]

The city council recognized Fergus Falls resident Matt Harrington for his military service overseas. The council presented Harrington with the Blue Star Flag that had been hanging in the city council chambers. Veteran representatives from the council folded and presented the flag to Harrington.
