You are invited to come and listen to Dr. Terry Mortenson during the Dalton Free Lutheran Parish Fall Faith Focus Oct. 21-23.

Dr. Mortenson has lectured on the creation-evolution controversy since the late 1970s, and has authored a number of books on the subject.

Dr. Mortenson will speak during the family Sunday School hour at 9 a.m. at Zion-Sarpsborg in Dalton and again at 10:30 a.m. during the worship service on Oct. 21.

On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. he will share on various topics including the age of the earth, Noah’s flood, the origin of species, the Big Bang theory and why it is important to have a good understanding of the book of Genesis.

All are welcome and there is no cost for the event.
