Man charged in death also arrested for drugs [UPDATED]

The Fergus Falls man charged with third degree murder in the case of Thomas Rasmusson has also been charged with second degree drug charges relating to an arrest in June.

Christopher Allen Tiffany, 27, of Fergus Falls was pulled over by a police officer on June 11. Tiffany was allegedly found with a pipe used for smoking crack or methamphetamine, $233 and 3.35 grams of methamphetamine distributed into 18 separate bindles.

Tiffany was charged Oct. 18 with second-degree sale of three or more grams of cocaine, heroin or methamphetamine within a 90 day period.
