NOTICE OF SUMMARY
PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES

On October 15, 2012, at its regular meeting, the Fergus Falls City Council enacted a 23-page  ordinance rewriting the City Charter to make the Charter more readable, understandable and grammatical and delete provisions no longer relevant or superseded by state law.

The specific title of the ordinance enacted was “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FERGUS FALLS CITY CHARTER BY REWRITING THE CHARTER TO MAKE IT MORE READABLE, UNDERSTANDABLE AND GRAMMATICALLY CORRECT”. The full ordinance is available to the public for inspection at the Fergus Falls City Administrator’s office, 112 East Washington Avenue, Fergus Falls, Minnesota, 56537, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and at the Fergus Falls Public Library, 205 Hampden Avenue, Fergus Falls, Minnesota, 56537, during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
