Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 394.26 NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, MN at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, 2012 for the purpose of considering applications for variance for the following:

6:30 p.m. – Thursday, November 1, 2012 Meeting

1. James M. Zeis, Lot 3 and East Half of Lot 4 Shady Acres, McDonald Lake in Edna Township, request a variance from the lot line setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

2. Linda R. Steiner Tst, Lot 2 Bay View First Addition, South Turtle Lake in Sverdrup Township, request a variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

3. Donald and Lori Beck, part of Government Lot 7 and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 11 of Pelican Township by Prairie Lake, request a variance from the Subdivision Controls Ordinance.

4. Wayne and Maureen Langer, Lot 5 Block 1 The Peninsulas, East Spirit and Kemp Lakes in Dora Township, request a variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

5. Joan Aaker, part of Government Lot 8, Section 3 of Hobart Township by Wimer Lake, request a variance to have a substandard lot declared buildable.

6. Steven and Tanya Olson, Lot 9 Silver Shores, Silver Lake in Everts Township, request a variance from the septic system setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

7. Troy and Heather Teigen, part of Government Lots 1 and 2, Section 33 of Lida Township by Lake Lida, request a variance from the lot line and ordinary high water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

8. Lee and Judith Sloneker, part of Lot 2 Inlet Beach First Addition, Lake Lida in Lida Township, request a variance from the lot line and ordinary high water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
