ORIGINAL PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF MORTGAGE:  $27,240.00

AMOUNT DUE AND CLAIMED TO BE DUE AS OF DATE OF NOTICE, INCLUDING TAXES, IF ANY, PAID BY MORTGAGEE:  $24,859.74
