A Fergus Falls woman was cited for urinating on a doormat to an apartment on Lincoln Avenue Thursday.
A neighbor reported to police that a woman was urinating in front of a door at about 9 p.m. When police arrived, they found a large wet spot on the mat.
Erin Kareen Kelly, 38, of Fergus Falls was cited for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
