Special guest Lucille Harworth, her grandson Troy and Great-grandson Johan unveil the cornerstone during the Veterans Memorial Dedication Saturday in Underwood in honor of veterans. The plaque is in honor of MIAs and of Elroy Harworth, Lucille’s son, who was missing in action for 20 years as a member of the Air Force while serving in North Vietnam.
