Local residents to help storm victims [UPDATED]
Published 10:15am Monday, October 29, 2012 Updated 12:17pm Monday, October 29, 2012Three Fergus Falls residents have been called on to help the victims of Hurricane Sandy.
Paramedics Bjorn and Tollef Ringdahl, owners of Ringdahl Ambulance, and mechanic Glen Sieling this morning flew to Atlanta, where they will drive ambulances located in the Atlanta area north toward New Jersey, where the brunt of the storm is expected to hit, to provide emergency medical care through FEMA.
The Ringdahls and Sieling are among 10 crew members and two support staff from four different sites in west central Minnesota and eastern North Dakota.
