A Fergus Falls man is facing felony charges in Otter Tail County court for selling a schedule three controlled narcotic.

Ronald Sidney Corell, 58, allegedly sold six Percocet capsules to a confidential informant for the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force July 25.

The task force received information from the informant that Corell was selling prescription drugs and arranged a meeting for a drug sale. Task force agents provided the informant with $50 cash to purchase the drugs.

The informant allegedly met with Corell and returned with a bag containing six white capsules, later confirmed as Percocet, a schedule three controlled narcotic.

Corell was charged Oct. 24 with fourth-degree sale of schedule one, two or three controlled drugs, a felony. If convicted, the maximum sentence is 15 years imprisonment and a $100,000 fine.
