Five people caught trespassing in RTC [UPDATED]

Five people were cited for trespassing at the Regional Treatment Center early this morning.

Suspicious activity was reported at the RTC at about 12:30 a.m. today.

A car with Virginia license plates was parked in front of the building, and five people were found trespassing inside the RTC. The five gained access to the building through a back door clearly posted with a “No Trespassing” sign.

David Joseph Sobalik, Douglas Lee Murray, Scott Michael Edward Pearson, Sarah Rae Miller and Vaughn Steele Tweed were cited with trespassing.

None of them are Fergus Falls residents, and they range in age from 22 to 38.
