Laptop, cash stolen from diner [UPDATED]

A laptop and small amount of cash was reported stolen Tuesday morning from the Family Diner near El Tequilas.

The Acer laptop and unknown small amount of cash was reported missing at around 6:30 a.m. A security camera caught the burglary that took place at around 4 a.m. Tuesday. The burglar was a short white male wearing a gray Red Sox sweatshirt.

There were no signs of forced entry, but police don’t believe the burglar had a key to the facility. Fergus Falls police are investigating the case.
