Barnesville 3, Pelican Rapids 1 [UPDATED]

PELICAN RAPIDS — The Pelican Rapids volleyball team started strong, but fell to Barnesville Tuesday, 3-1 (25-14, 12-25, 20-25,17-25).

The Vikings’ Alyssa Huesby led the Vikings with 10 kills, followed by teammate Lincoln Haiby, who had 7 kills of her own. Kendra Weinrich played some great defense for the Vikings collecting 13 digs, along with being the teams serving leader on the night with two service aces. Madison Korf had a team high 21 set assists.

The Vikings, 7-3, will host Perham Thursday night. It is also elementary autograph night.
