Hate graffiti reported [UPDATED]

A graffiti drawing of a monkey along with the words “Porch Monkey” was reported to police Wednesday. The vandalism has been considered a hate crime.

The graffiti on the north side of an apartment complex on the 500 block of View Avenue was reported at about 11 a.m. The crime allegedly occurred between 8:30 a.m. Tuesday and 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
