Community members are invited to celebrate the season at the Harvest Potluck and Celebration on Friday, Nov. 9, on the Fergus Falls campus of Minnesota State Community and Technical College.

A barter, sell and swap session kicks off the event at 5 p.m., with attendees encouraged to bring a food item, homemade craft, farm equipment or “something useful.” It will be followed by a potluck dinner at 6 p.m. in Legacy Hall. Sponsors are M State’s Sustainable Food Production program and Slow Food Lakes & Prairie, the local chapter of Slow Foods USA.

Since it’s a low-waste event, please bring your own dishes and utensils, along with a dish to share.
