A Fergus Falls man was cited for underage drinking and leaving the scene of an accident early this morning.

An officer was flagged down by a resident who witnessed Rigoberto Grijalva, 19, strike a stop sign and drive off at the intersection of Summit and Friberg at about 3 a.m.

Police caught up to Grijalva, who was found to be intoxicated. After being cited, Grijalva was provided a ride home.

What do you mean “He was provided a ride home” He was underage, intoxicated and destroyed public property! Was he the Officers son? His last name isn’t Leland! I want answers and will be calling Seth Johnson and the Police on Monday!

What country is home? Why isn’t he in jail? Drunk and leaving the scene of an accident should be jail. Certainly over night to sober up and fined before going to court for hopefully more jail time., Does it require injury or death for some to see jail bars?
