Ottertail resident is a lottery winner [UPDATED]
Published 10:04am Friday, November 9, 2012 Updated 12:10pm Friday, November 9, 2012Congratulations to Brenda Dunn of Ottertail. Dunn won $25,000 by playing the Lottery’s Five Star Cash scratch game. Dunn claimed the prize on Nov. 7, 2012. The winning ticket was purchased at Orton’s Staples BP.
