After swerving to avoid a deer, a semi truck trailer rolled, spilling debris on I-94 near Rothsay Thursday.indirect

David G Churchill, 52, of St. Paul was hauling two trailers west on I-94 when the deer appeared in front of him. After swerving, he managed to keep the truck and first trailer upright, but the second trailer rolled.
