OTC announces appointment [UPDATED]
Published 9:25am Monday, November 12, 2012 Updated 11:29am Monday, November 12, 2012Otter Tail Corporation (OTC) announces the recent hiring of Paul Knutson as Vice President of Human Resources, based in the corporate office in Fargo.
Knutson has an extensive human resources background having previously worked at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he was Director of Strategic Staffing and Compensation.
In prior positions he served as Senior Vice President for Human Resources and Organizational Development at Pamida, Inc., now part of Shopko. Paul also worked at Oriental Trading Company, where he last served as Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Facilities. Knutson has a B.A. in Psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. He is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
