West Central Initiative (WCI) is ranked eighth on the Minnesota Council on Foundations’ (MCF) newly released list of the state’s top 25 community and public foundations for 2012. The foundation is also ranked 41st on MCF’s top 50 Minnesota grantmakers by assets. Last year WCI ranked tenth and 48th respectively.

“West Central Initiative works hard to provide resources to help create a better tomorrow for those living and working in west central Minnesota,” said WCI President Nancy Straw. “This ranking demonstrates the commitment of people throughout our area to a bright future.”
