A search conducted under a warrant this weekend revealed missing items linked to at least seven theft cases.

Three vehicles, two trailers, tools from Comstock Construction and other various items were found at a residence between Henning and Parkers Prairie.

The joint investigation by Douglas County and Otter Tail County sheriff’s offices along with the Fergus Falls Police Department found the items that had gone missing from eastern Otter Tail County in the past few months.

The vehicles were sold to a salvage yard in Wadena, and it is unknown if any were the same trucks that were recently stolen from Comstock Construction.

The suspect would have been arrested, but he was not present at the time of the search. The case is still under investigation.
