1 hurt in crash at new light [UPDATED]

A Fergus Falls man was cited and hospitalized after a two vehicle accident Monday afternoon at the new stop light at Tower Road and Lincoln Avenue.

At about 4:30 p.m. William Cox was driving west on Lincoln Avenue when he allegedly ran a red light at the Tower Road intersection.

Kyle Kosak was driving south through a green light when his vehicle was struck by Cox.

Cox suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to Lake Region Healthcare by Ringdahl Ambulance.

He was cited for failing to obey a traffic control signal.
