Phillip Hagen, 72, of Breckenridge, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at St. Francis Healthcare Campus in Breckenridge. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, at Breckenridge Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Mark Manning officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., at Willow Creek Chapel in Wahpeton, N.D., and one hour prior to the service at the church. Vertin-Munson Funeral Home in Wahpeton is in charge of arrangements.
