WADENA — Lauren Norgren had a hat trick in the Fergus Falls Otter girls 9-0 routing of the Wadena Deer-Creek Wolverines on Tuesday night.

The game was close in the beginning of the game as Norgren had the only goal of the first period.

The Otters broke it open in the second period as Sydney Kuehl scored with an assist from Norgren, and then Steph Kolstad scored ten minutes later. Norgren and Kolstad would both tally their second goal of the game before the period came to a close.

In the third, Annie Magnusson got it started for Otters when she scored with assist from Abby Moxness and Taylor Bergren. Hannah Baker would add two goals and Norgren got her third and final goal of the night before the game came to an end.

Megan Odland had a good game passing the puck as she tallied four assist throughout the game. Jordie Salwei had 11 saves to get the shutout for the Otters.

The Otters next game is against St. Cloud Thursday at home.
