While the official results are not yet available, it appears Mary Franson has won the House District 8B race over Bob Cunniff following today’s recount in Otter Tail County.harmony

Franson, the Republican incumbent, was ahead by 11 votes following the Douglas County recount Wednesday. In Otter Tail County recount today, one vote was added to Franson’s total and four ballots were challenged, not enough to overcome Franson’s lead.
