Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 394.26 NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, MN at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 6, 2012 for the purpose of considering applications for variance for the following:

6:30 p.m. – Thursday, December 6, 2012 Meeting

1. Mary and Fred Bauck, Lots 26 and 27 Plainview Sandy Beach and Lot 13 Plainview Sandy Beach Third Addition, Kerbs Lake in Edna Township, request a variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

2. Milton E. Smedsrud, Government Lot 1 and part of Government Lots 2, 5 and 6, Section 2 of St. Olaf Township by South Long Lake, request a variance from the Subdivision Controls Ordinance.

3. Darin and Marcie Pfingsten, Lot 3 Inlet Beach Second Addition, Lake Lida in Lida Township, request a variance from the maximum allowable impervious surface coverage, the road right-of-way and ordinary high water level setback requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

4. Mike and Denise Albertson, Lots 4 and 5, Freeman’s Beach, Dead Lake in Dead Lake Township, request variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

5. James D & Susan J Haarstad, Lot 1 Block 1 Jacobson’s Pelican View Subdivision and part of Government Lot 3, Section 9 of Dunn Township by Pelican Lake, request a variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

6. Eldon Vander Berg, part of Lots 1 and 2, Nirvana, East Battle and Stuart Lakes in Nidaros Township, request a variance from the road right-of-way setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

7. Ed Kuklock, Lots 1 and 2 Block 1, Hoffman Lake Acres, Hoffman Lake in Dora Township, request a variance to have Lots 1 and 2 Block 1 Hoffman Lake Acres declared buildable for single family residential use.

8. Jerame Tysdal, Lot 12 Block 2 of the Re-plat of Block 2 and part of Block 3 Midway Park, Otter Tail Lake in Otter Tail Township, request a variance from the road right-of-way setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
