A Wahpeton man was arrested in Fergus Falls Tuesday on a warrant for a sexual assault in 2010.

Michael Thiel, 27, of Wahpeton ran from his job site north of Fergus Falls when police arrived at about 1:45 p.m. He entered the woods near Coca-Cola Bottling on County Road 88.

Police set up a perimeter, and about two hours later, Thiel walked out of the woods and was arrested without incident.
