A vehicle had three windows broken out Friday evening while it was parked on the side of the road near Perham.

The Perham Police Department cited the driver for driving after revocation, and the car was left on the side of the road near County Highways 35 and U.S. Highway 10.

The vehicle was later found with all but one of its windows broken out. The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office has no suspects at this time, and the case is under investigation.
