Notice Of Public Hearing

Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 394.26 Notice is hereby given that a hearing of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission will be held in the Commissioner’s Room at the Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, Minnesota on December 12, 2012 at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of considering the following:
1. Daniel & Jennifer Johnson a Conditional Use Permit Application (After-The-Fact Request) to terrace hill with retaining wall & construct patio within 25’-40’ of OHWL; Pt GL 2, Sec 2, Dead Lake Twp, Marion Lake (56-243), GD.

2. Marilyn & Evan Nelson a Preliminary Plat of “Beauty Beach on Otter Tail Lake 1st Addition, consisting of 2 single family residential lots, 1 block; Lot 11 Beauty Beach & Pt GL 2, Sec 13, Amor Twp, Otter Tail Lake (56-242), GD.
