NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND
APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Rudolph W. Johansen aka Rudolph Wilbur Johansen

It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on the day of January 8, 2013, at 1:30 o’clock p.m. a hearing will be held in this Court at 121 West Junius Avenue, Suite 310, Fergus Falls, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent, dated May 4,1999, and for the appointment of Kimberly Anne Niesen whose address is 20553 Woodsedge Road, Clearwater, MN 55320 and Dennis Mosher whose address is 122 Sunset Drive, Dalton, MN 56324, as Personal Rep-resentative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration.

Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all the necessary acts for the Estate.

Notice is further given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801 ALL CREDITORS having claims against estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Rep-resentative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or said claims will be forever barred.
