You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon the Petitioner Catherine Mason’s attorney an Answer to the Petition and Stipulation for Modification of Custody which is herewith served upon you within 30 days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the date of service. If you fail to do so, the Petitioner Catherine Mason herein will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Petition and Stipulation for Modification.
The object of this proceeding is a modification of custody between the above-named Co-Petitioners as the Court finds just.
