Man arrested for thefts in county [UPDATED]

The man accused of stealing at least $31,000 worth of vehicles, trailers and other items in Otter Tail County was taken into custody Tuesday.

Jeffery Robert Kampsula is being held in Otter Tail County Jail.

Kampsula had a warrant out for his arrest but avoided law enforcement for more than two weeks before he was found and detained.

The Fergus Falls Police Department, Henning Police Department and Otter Tail County Sheriff’s office were involved in the case.

No further information has been provided at this time.
