Two more charged in FF drug sale [UPDATED]

A Fergus Falls woman was charged with fourth degree drug sales (felony) and a Fergus Falls man was charged with fifth and fourth degree drug sales (both felonies) after a drug sale in a public park July 17.instruments

Roxann Fay Marcus and Rodney Jerome Strom were allegedly involved in selling 4.89 ounces of marijuana to a confidential informant.

The informant notified the West Central Minnesota Narcotics Task Force that a specific amount of marijuana could be purchased for a specific amount of cash at a designated location.

The informant was given $1,300 from the task force buy funds to purchase the marijuana. The informant went to a public park where he met with Marcus and Strom to make the exchange.

The three drove to an alternative location nearby where Amanda Strom (already charged) dropped off a gallon-sized bag of marijuana.

The confidential informant allegedly provided Rodney Strom with $1,300 cash in return for 4.89 ounces of marijuana.

Marcus is being held on $50,000 cash or bond without conditions or $30,000 bond or $3,000 cash with conditions. Rodney Strom is being held on $20,000 bond or $2,000 cash with conditions.
