The Winter Dance Club, in its seventh season of ballroom dancing invites everyone to enjoy music and dancing to live bands. Six dances, are scheduled this season, from 3 to 7 p.m. Sundays at the Lakeside Ballroom in Glenwood.
The organization recommends the public check out the fun for themselves at any of the scheduled dances:

Feb. 17 — Tim Patrick and His Blue Eyes
Band, will return for the Sweetheart Dance
March 17 — The Velvet Brass returns
April 7— Julie Lee and The White Rose Band will entertain
April 21 — A long time favorite group, The Sammy Jensen Orchestra, will conclude the season.
Dances are sponsored by the Lakeside Dance Club. The club has been hosting ballroom dancing during the summer months for three decades. Members assure a season of dancing by paying a single fee which funds all the scheduled dances. The public is welcome to attend.         Lessons  will be offered before the dances. The dress code is simple, no jeans or shorts.
Email winterdance@lakesideballroom.org.
A membership drive continues through December. A season pass is $65 per couple for six dances. Guests attending for a single dance pay $20 per couple. The $20 can be applied toward membership.
