Wahpeton’s Econofoods owner, Joe Lueken is setting up a transition plan to turn the store over to employees when he retires.
The plan involves employee-owned stocks, according to the Daily News in Wahpeton.
Lueken will hand over the presidency of the company to Brent Sicard.
