Man spotted running, wearing minimal clothing [UPDATED]

A man was reported running without wearing a shirt and shoes along U.S. Highway 59 near County Highway 20 Thursday.

The man was reported to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office by the driver of a vehicle that was broken down on the side of the road at about 12:30 p.m.

Temperatures were in the 30s, and the caller was concerned for the man’s well being.

The man was found and taken to St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes for evaluation.
