Spangler marks 20 years with RIS [UPDATED]

Spangler first started with Rohde Insurance Services on Dec. 1, 1992 bringing with her 10 years of insurance experience. Since then, her responsibilities have grown from receptionist/agent to executive assistant/agent. She is also in charge of reporting and servicing all claims.
In 1998, she obtained her agent license and in 1992, she became a Certified Insurance Service representative (CISR).
The Fergus Friendly award was given to Connie in 2007 by the Fergus Falls Chamber of Commerce and she has always carried this friendly and welcoming attitude into RIS these past 20 years.
No matter what her job title has been, Connie is a very loyal, dependable and valuable employee. Her philosophy of good customer service is “whatever I can do to make the customer’s life easier is my first priority”. Co-owners Dianne and Mickey say “thank you Connie, for a job well done.”
Connie and her husband Mike, live on Lake Lida by Maplewood State Park.
