ASHBY — The Ashby boys basketball squad took on the Osakis Silverstreaks on Tuesday, beating them handily 87-49.

Tanner Langlie had a double double for the Arrows with ten points and ten rebounds, while J.P. Moe led the team with 17 points on the night.

“I was really pleased with our balance tonight. In the first half we did a good job scoring, but we had a hard time getting organized on defense,” said Coach Jeremey Knick. “We lost track of their good shooters and they knocked down some good shots. In the second half we did a much better job communicating on defense which led to some good stops and easy buckets on the offensive end. I thought we got great contributions from our bench again tonight. It is fun to see these guys step up adn get better every game.”

With this win Ashby remains undefeated with a 4-0 record.

The Arrows will take on Parkers Prairie on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. looking to continue their run.
