Knights ride big first half to win

SWANVILLE — The West Central Area Knights took home a 63-57 over the Swanville Bulldogs Tuesday.faint

“Even though it got to be little bit of an ugly win, you take any kind of win you can get on the road,” Knights’ coach Kraig Hunter said. “Our kids got some key defensive stops when we needed to in a physical game and a loud gym.”

Dakotah Kashmark and Brady Combs led the Knights with 16 tallies a piece, while teammate Drew Peterson recorded a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds. in the win.

The Knights will now travel to take on Prairie Conference foe Royalton Friday at 6 p.m.
