Sex offender moving to county

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office has released information that a Level 3 Predatory Offender will be moving to Otter Tail County. The man is not wanted by law enforcement and has served the sentence imposed on him by the court.

Gregory Michael Keppers, 22, will move to rural Ottertail Monday, Dec. 17. Keppers has a history of engaging in sexual conduct with females under the age of 16.

A community notification meeting is scheduled for Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Operations Center on Main Street West in Ottertail.

Representatives from the Minnesota Department of Corrections and the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office will be available to provide useful information for public safety.
