The new majority’s plans [UPDATED]
Published 9:31am Thursday, December 13, 2012 Updated 11:32am Thursday, December 13, 2012I have been reading numerous articles from reporters in Saint Paul about the plans which the new liberal DFL members of the state legislature and their liberal governor Mark Dayton plan to enact after the first of the year.
Hold on to your wallets and purses, the government of Minnesota will be squeezing you in many ways. Among the proposals from DFL legislative leaders and Dayton are the following:
• Massive increases in state personal income taxes and capital gains taxes
• A re-instatement of the statewide education property tax to be added to local education property taxes.
• Expanding state sales taxes to cover goods and services currently exempted, including food and clothing.
• Higher local sales taxes to expand entitlement (giveaway) programs.
• $20 billion in transit tax hikes.
• An increase of the gasoline taxes by 40 cents per gallon.
Now, aren’t you happy that the voters are sending a new set of tax and spend Democrats to join our tax and spend governor?

Put a speed limit on senior citizens in wheel chairs. With a minimum fine of $10,000.00.
Mandate that all Easter Bunnies be shaved of all their fur save a cute little moustache just to scare little children.
Make blind people wear boat bumpers when shopping in department stores.
Tax children’s piggy bank savings as unearned income and subject to a windfall profits tax.
Institute a massive search for a republican with a sense of humor.
Fire all public school teachers who maintained a GPA of 0.8 or better and can spell “gravity”.
Mandate the marketing of condoms on the side of school busses, to encourage more promiscuity.
Discourage Elf’s from wearing side arms in the annual Fox News “War on Christmas.”
Lower the drinking age to five if accompanied by a responsible teenager.
Make all drugs legal and free.
Mandate that Judges may not fine or imprison any defendant unless the defendant agrees to such punishment.
Rule that conservatives can not complain that people they insulted and belittled did not vote for them.
Rule that any kitty the fire department rescues from a tree must have a five pound landscape brick tied to it’s tail to discourage future similar incidences and pay a brick tax equal to the cost of 6 cans of Tuna.
Mandate that all Minnesota Norwegians must put a large rock in their coffee cup to save water.
Offer a reward to anyone who can find a conservative who has not jumped or leapt to an unwarranted and illogical conclusion since November 6th, 2012.
Perhaps I should have pointed out that the new rule regarding public school teaches is a bone thrown to the tea party, which would be vetoed by our Governor anyway.
Here is another rule I think the Democrats should enact. I’ll call it the “Right to Play Act”. Because I maintain that I should be allowed to play golf and park my Golf Cart at the County Club Golf Course Garage, without paying dues, rent or joining the Country Club.
Put another way, I want all the benefits with none of the responsibilities. This concept is a republican idea and endorsed by the Republican Governor of Michigan and all the republicans in the Michigan house and senate. Personal responsibility? That’s so yesterday, and for someone else.
Can’t accept that your fellow union thugs gat a comeuppance from the Michigan legislature and governor when they made Michigan the latest state to become a right to work environment, eh, Curly?
Don’t worry, your fellow union “leaders” are filling the airwaves with threats of shedding blood and shooting the legislators and governor who passed the law. Justice and liberty union style. We union guys get our way or you’re dead, right?

If you could pry your short attention span from the Fox indoctrination channel you would have known just like everyone else, that those so-called union thugs were anti-union plants paid for by “Americans for Prosperity” and we have the video tapes to prove it.
Even the Fox reporter admitted that he threw the first punch before he got exactly what he deserved. I suppose you got those “facts” about shooting people and shedding blood from the same source who clued you into those non-existent threats against your favorite former Senator. Or was it the same imaginary union members you (and only you) saw curse their union and tear up their union membership cards after just one speech in N.P. Park from your tea bagging former Senator. You sure come up with some wild stuff Jeromebill, as a matter of fact I’m still waiting for your proof about that lie you told about Karl Marx yesterday. What’s the matter Jeromebill? Can’t find it? That’s because Karl Marx never said it, only you said it and I caught you in another lie. Just like the security guards for Hoffmann and the make believe union members. Everything you said about “plants” is untrue. Show the alleged “tapes”. Manufactured , no doubt, on a Hollywood sound stage?
The Fox affiliate station reporter , attacked by flying rocks and other items thrown by your comrade union thugs,
reflexively threw his forearm and hand in front of his face to protect himself from harm, and your comrade union thugs (plural) used that defensive action to “prove” that he was the aggressor and justify the actios of four people to beat him.
My alleged “lie” about your sainted paragon Karl Marx was well and amply illustrated by Mike Van Horn on another post in this venue when he cited several quotes from Marx demnding that no persons should have ownership of assets or land. There is no need to repeat those quotes which you have already read, yet pretend that they have not been proffered.
The threats of shedding blood and shooting Michigan legislators and governor were also reported (surprisingly) on ABC and CBS, networks which normally serve only as stenographers for the White House ministry of propaganda. And, addressed by two non-Fox reporters in White House news conferences.
Curly, more specifically , see M. Van Horn post on December 12 at 7:37PM (in comments to Kirby Green letter to editor “Country needs to scrap tax law and start over”) to view Marx quotes in Communist manifesto regarding confiscation of land, other assets.
Your professed indignation that you have not read a response to your demand for statements of Marx is a sham, as those quotes have been offered to you, and you have denied or ignored them.

Anyone skeptical of your grasp of reality should read the article on this site about computer virus’s where you comment that the virus is…..“Just another fundraising mechanism for Barack 0bama’s 2016 re-election campaign”…. That about says it all. Any and all doubt is now removed.
