What’s happening Dec. 14-16 [UPDATED]

Choo-Choo, can you hear it? All aboard the Santa Train as Santa gets a ride into town in style making stops in Barnesville at 1 p.m. and in Rothsay at 2:30 p.m. and Fergus Falls at 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Saturday is packed full of activities from Christmas concerts, movies and fun activities planned throughout the weekend — something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

 

Friday

• Naomi Schliesman Exhibit, all weekend normal gallery hours at Kaddatz Galleries 111 W. Lincoln Ave. FF

• “Kids Shop Free” at the White Elephant Thrift Store, 3:30 p.m. at the ITOW Veterans Museum 805 West Main, Perham

• Johnson’s Christmas Village, 5 p.m. at the Johnson’s Farm located two miles north of Fergus Falls on County Highway 27.

• Kirkbride project art reception, 7:30 p.m. The Spot, downtown Fergus Falls

• At Christmas, 7:30 p.m. at A Center For The Arts

 

Saturday

• Central MN Team Penning, all day at the Red Horse Ranch Arena

• Bantam A Hockey Tournament, all day at the Fergus Falls Community Arena

• Santa visits, 10 a.m. at the WestRidge Mall

• Children’s Choir Concert, 10 a.m. at A Center for the Arts

• Photos with Santa by Crazy Fun Photography, 10 a.m. at Lakes Area Community Center, Battle Lake

• First National Bank Customer Appreciation Luncheon, 11:30 a.m. in Battle Lake

• Holiday Movies for Kids, 11:45 a.m. at A Center for the Arts

• Santa Train Comes to Fergus Falls, 4 p.m. at the corner of Cascade and Cavour

• Johnson’s Christmas Village, 5 p.m. at the Johnson’s Farm located two miles north of Fergus Falls on County Highway 27.

• Christmas Concert, 7 p.m. at Bethel Lutheran Church

 

Sunday

• “Light a Candle”, 10 a.m. at Hope Lutheran Church located at 1309 Stony Brook Road, on County Road 11
