Drive with caution on snow [UPDATED]

Published 9:41am Monday, December 17, 2012 Updated 11:42am Monday, December 17, 2012

We have been very lucky so far with good roads, we have been fortunate for being able to start and stop without sliding or spinning trying to start or stop.

It’s coming, yes we will be getting snow. It will take longer to stop and drag-racing starts won’t work. Start now reacting to start and stop before you are at the stop sign.

Spinning or sliding tires only make more ice on the roads.

Start out on your coming and goings early so you don’t have to endanger yourself or others on the road.

Clear all (vehicle) glass of snow and ice before you drive — you have to see so you can see others.
