2 wanted in OTC arrested in Washington [UPDATED]

A Fergus Falls man and a Detroit Lakes woman were arrested in Newport, Wash. Saturday on outstanding warrants from Otter Tail County and several other jurisdictions.

Justin Lee Feldt, 32, and Jessie Ann Pechia, 26, were arrested for felony theft by check, felony mail theft and financial transaction card fraud.

Feldt and Pechia are also suspects in similar crimes including using counterfeit currency in Wisconsin, South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana.

Both are being held in Washington’s Pend Oreille County on local charges of firearms possession, burglary, theft and obstruction charges, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.
